Just when you thought it couldn’t get much worse for photographers, well…somehow, they found a way. A self-ruling site in Australia uses AI to remove your watermark for the image, making it easier for people to use your images without your permission.
The site is tabbed WatermarkRemover.io, and people online are once arguing when and along well-nigh whether this is a good thing or a bad thing. I don’t know what to say. Well, I guess I do. “Ugh.” It sure doesn’t seem helpful to anyone but thieves to me, but I’m sure there’s probably an wile I’ve missed, but at first blush, I’m not McLovin’ it.
Well, don’t let this “ugh” news derail what could overwise be an superstitious Monday, so let’s make this a good one either way. :)
